First I have a BS in electrical engineering and work as an engineer I work with wireless networks all day That said I could not get this to work I see the problem They are saving battery power by updating the dog location as a function of distance from the base This means if your dog knows how to run he can get in the road and run over by a truck before the system alarms If you have a 20 acre ranch and want to keep doggy near the house Maybe this is ok But that is it
