I was looking for a quiet bike that was comparable to one you would use at a gym This bike definately fits the bill We live in a second floor flat above a cranky landlady so quiet was a MUST This bike makes virtually no noise As far as the quality it has the basics of a gym bike MPH heart rate calorie counter the settings work great The fan is pretty weak but that really doesn t make a difference and assembly took a couple hours but wasn t extraordinarily frustrating Overall I am very happy with my purchase
