This product needed to be put together from the ground up We use it daily and really like it There are four pulley sites so my husband and I can exercise at the same time When no one is using the cable crossover we use that open area for to do floor exercises You do have to be creative in doing exercises that focus on lats and hip abd and add Really your creativity limits you on this piece of equipment My husband even uses the top bar to do pull ups This product is worth the money

I just purchased this cable crossover because I have a fitness book nearly dedicated to crossover excercises 400 plus free shipping did not make me think that I was going to get a high quality piece of equipment However I have been impressed with the quality Metal is machined well with nice edges and operation of the equipment is smooth The only complaint that I have is the lack of setup directions I could not find any in the box nor on the internet so we put it together based on the picture and diagram We did not have any major problems putting it together I have not had it long but think I definitely got what I paid for
