This is my first bike trainer and I am incedibly happy with it I wanted to spend the money to get a decent one I wouldn t need to upgrade and could keep for a looong time It was well worth the money very realistic riding and resistance I took probably longer than most to set it up because I didn t want to mess anything up and it was very easy to get going seemed almost too easy I can easily take the bike off for outdoor riding and get it set up again in no time I couldn t be happier with this purchase well worth it
