The EL 355 runs very smoothly and quietly The resistance works very well and 8 out of 16 is a good amount of resistance to work me at this time It feels very sturdy when I work out on it and I didn t have much trouble using the electronic console I also like the oversized pedals it feels very comfortable on my feet I had done research on elliptical machines for several weeks and after trying out the EL 355 and feeling how smooth it was I decided to purchase it So far I m very pleased with the purchase
What I can t help with in this review is the assembly I had that done by the place I bought it from and I m happy I had that done Also this is not a small machine don t expect to move it around very much probably belongs in a basement or a sturdy loft
