This was a gift for my adult son He really enjoys billiards and wanted a table at home but only if it had the correct feel to the table This pool table fits the bill Is it fine furniture No But it has leveling feet is solid and comes with an amazingly clean flat 3 piece slate top at least 1 inch thick perhaps slightly thicker
Setup isn t a 10 minute process however It might be overwhelming for the mechanically challenged too The slate is heavy so you ll need burly folks to set the slates in place
Finally the felting process takes as long as the building of the table If done carefully following instructions generic instructions I found on the web not in the box the end result is spectacular Ball roll is true even into the pockets
